Hema Subramaniam or better known as Swashna Moksha is a professional registered yoga instructor. She has completed 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training Course as per the standards and guidelines set by Yoga Alliance, USA which involves the extensive practice and study of Yoga and Meditation at Rishikesh Yog Dham (Registered Yoga School). She is also pursuing E-RYT 500 hours in total and is expected to complete this by the end of January, 2015.

Swashna mainly teaches Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Vedic, Dosha Analysis (according to ayurveda) and also prescribes personalised auurvedic diets. Her other styles of Yoga include Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, Acroyoga, and Morning Flow. Her meditation techniques include walking meditation, laughter meditation, visualisation, Kundalini and Trataka. Her teaching includes Shatkarma or cleansing process/detoxification under close observation and guidance.

With a background in journalism and social work, Swashna's approach to yoga is one that honors the need for individual self study with the aim of improving interpersonal relations and common-unity.
Swashna has studied yoga since 2009. Her vast knowledge is inspired by teachers such as Master Muthu.
